 Raymond J. Rafool, II

Raymond J. Rafool, II is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America, all Courts in the State of Florida, the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. He was born in Augusta, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1988. At the University of Florida, Mr. Rafool was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta (Honor Society) and Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity.

Mr. Rafool received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the Stetson University, College of Law in 1991. While attending Stetson University, College of Law, Mr. Rafool was the Student Bar's Vice President; a class representative; a distinguished member of Who's Who Among American Law Students; a Member of the Advisory Committee on the Annual Budget; Chairman of Committee on Revision of Campus Alcohol Policy; a Member of the Trial Advocacy Society; and the Commissioner of Intramural Softball.

Mr. Rafool is a member of Emmaus.


Memberships

Mr. Raymond Rafool was a member of the Florida Committee from Rules of Criminal Procedure, Chair (2001-2002) and Vice Chair (1999-2000;2000-2001) and Secretary (1997-1998;1998-1999).

Mr. Rafool was also a member until 2008 of Florida Family Law Rules Committee and Vice Chair (2004-2005).

He was a member on the Florida Judicial Administration, Selection and Tenure Committee and Vice Chair (2002-2003).

Mr. Rafool is a member of the Miami Family Law Inns of Court and Dade Bar Association.

Mr. Rafool was a representative of The Florida Rules of Judicial Administration Comittee and was a Member and the CLE Chairman for Willson American Inn of Court.

Mr. Rafool is a member of Who's Who in American Law.
