About Omar

Omar is an experienced commercial litigator who represents clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts and before arbitration tribunals such as the AAA, ICDR, LCIA, and JAMS. He focuses his work on commercial disputes, with an emphasis on shareholder disputes, contract disputes, international disputes, and related claims arising out of business relationships. He also helps counsel and advise clients with their general day-to-day legal issues. In addition to US based clients, Omar regularly represents Latin American and Middle East businesses. 

Prior to joining Rafool, Omar had his own firm and previously clerked for the Honorable Jonathan Goodman in the Southern District of Florida.
